Touching the spiritual dimension of our lives with music from many traditions.
Leave the busyness and worries of daily life and gently settle into the deepest place in your heart. Sharing in sacred chant helps us touch the experience that we are all connected. We will celebrate the spiritual life of many traditions, including Buddhist, Jewish, Folk, Hindu, Sufi, Christian and Indigenous Cultures. Our voices and our presence can bring healing to separation and illuminate the simple and profound truth of our shared humanity. The retreat will be grounded by the practice of mindfulness and periods of silent integration and meditation.
This retreat will end Saturday afternoon with a celebration of the Winter Solstice and holiday season.
Winter Solstice Celebration Saturday December 21 from 3:30 to 7pm is an annual event open to the public. It includes a celebratory tea, meditative spiral walk, shared evening meal and bonfire.
The program is offered on an affordable sliding scale, please begin to fill out the registration form below to see the options. (Although the retreat program officially ends on Saturday evening, there is an option to stay an extra night and have a self styled retreat morning on Sunday.)
